SVS Shipping

 

So you've ordered an SVS sub and you want to know what the deal is with shipping. When will your order ship? How will it ship? Will you get a tracking number? How long will it take to get to you? Hopefully we can answer your questions here but if you ever have any others feel free to email (custservice@svsound.com) or call us (703-845-1472 or toll free 877-626-5623).

We normally ship all orders in 1-2 business days as long as there is no delay for the model in question. We try and keep all delays posted on the website and if an unsuspected delay occurs after you have ordered we will try and notify you as quickly as we can. If you ever order and don't receive a shipping notice or emailed backorder notice, please let us know; your email might have gotten lost in the ether. Once the order ships we send you a shipping notice via email that includes a tracking number and information on the shipping company we used.

Depending on which product you ordered and where you live, we may use different shipping methods. Domestically most items ship UPS Ground, the larger subs (PB12-Plus, PB13-Ultra) are too big for UPS and ship truck freight and accessories shipped alone (like cables) that can fit in flat rate mailers will ship with the US Postal Service. Depending on where you live and which truck freight carrier has the best rate for your region, we may use one of 4 carriers for your large box sub (Pitt Ohio, RL Carriers, AG Systems or DB Schenker). We will provide the name of the carrier and a link to their website/tracking system in your shipping notice. Further information, including estimated transit times for all carriers can be found below. Interational shipments go via DB Schenker and more information can be found in the section below.

For all UPS shipments we require a signature for delivery. The truck freight carriers normally require signature for delivery also but if you contact them directly you may be able to have that waived (sometimes they require a signed faxed note, or leaving a signed note on your door). We can ship UPS without a signature requirement if requested but if the package disappears off your front porch while you're not home you would be liable for it.

UPS

We ship all UPS shipments via UPS Ground. The below map shows the transit time for shipments leaving our factory. You can track your shipment at the following site: http://www.ups.com/WebTracking/track You can also contact UPS at 1-800-CALL-UPS (225-5877) if you have any questions.

 

DB Schenker

We ship all shipments with DB Schenker Saver or Deferred. The map below shows the estimated transit time for shipments leaving our factory. You can be track your shipment at the following site: http://www.dbschenkerusa.com/. It can take up to 24 hours for tracking numbers to register in their system (though normally they register by about 8pm Eastern). You can also contact DBSchenker at (800) 225-5229 if you have any questions.

We ship all international shipments with DB Schenker. International shipments normally take 4-8 business days in transit once they ship. If you have any questions about the delivery or pickup at the airport of your international shipment, the best thing to do is to contact your local DB Schenker office; you can find your local international office here: http://www.dbschenker.com/site/shared/de/flash/weltkarte__en/worldwide.html

 

RL Carriers

We ship all shipments RL Carriers' standard service. The below map shows RL Carriers estimated transit times. You can track your shipment at the following site: http://www.gorlc.com. It can take up to 24 hours for tracking numbers to register in their system (though normally they register by about 8pm Eastern). You can also contact RLC by calling (800) 543-5589 if you have any questions.

 

 

AG Systems

We ship all shipments with AG Systems basic service. Shipments normally take 1-3 business days to the east coast and 4-6 business days to the west coast. You can track your shipment at the following site: http://www.agsystems.com/tracking.html. It can take up to 24 hours for tracking numbers to register in their system (though normally they register by about 8pm Eastern). You can also contact AG Systems at (800)645-8300 if you have any questions.

 

Pitt Ohio

We ship all shipments with Pitt Ohio's standard service. The below map shows Pitt Ohio estimated transit times. You can track your shipment at the following site: http://www.pittohio.com. It can take up to 24 hours for tracking numbers to register in their system (though normally they register by about 8pm Eastern). You can also contact PITT OHIO EXPRESS at (800)366-7488 if you have any questions.

 

USPS

We ship accessories sent alone via USPS Priority Mail and they are normally delivered within 1-3 business days to anywhere in the US. You can track your shipment at the following site http://www.usps.com/

APO and other armed service shipments going USPS may be sent via other delivery methods; please contact us for rates and transit times.
