Well that's all changing now with a select group of dealers offering our best subwoofers (and soon, main speakers too).  With a mix of web-direct and "brick and mortar" stores, along with service and support by the locals that speak your language, it's SVS brought closer to you.  The list is small and very exclusive but it will grow into other regions as the extensive vetting process determines who can best keep up the vaunted SVS sales and service model to you. The "export" models we configure for our world-markets cost SVS considerably more to produce than units destined for USA customers. However, we're committed to providing the best of the best products to everyone, even if value added tax, shipping, and expensive safety compliance standards push prices up some (though rarely nearly as much as it might cost if SVS shipped directly to world customers, which has ceased but for a few locations where we have not yet established local sales and service networks)..

At first, Europe was the focus we've now expanded down under to Australia, South America and South Africa.  If you want an SVS product, be it speakers or subwoofers, it'll be handled by the folks we have selected to represent our brand. Our important customers in Belgium and The Netherlands are now being served by L-Sound in Norway with lower prices and more inventory than ever!

A note about world prices: Costs involved with selling world-class, affordable speakers and subwoofers are not the same in Davenport Iowa, US and A... as say, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Sometimes people are perplexed by this, or feel excess markups are taking place somewhere. We do not allow it, fact is our wholesale prices are not very low to start with, your SVS sub and speakers are sold on exceptionally low profit margins.

But a multitude of costs are encountered on the way to providing entirely separate service and sales systems, which maintain our legendary customer support. Thus all SVS authorized export lines, prices are regionally adjusted apply due to certification, transport and export/import fees. We don't believe you will find any brand from any country which outperforms or even matches SVS's performance at SVS prices. We are always striving to improve product, price and performance, but your subwoofer or speaker is made with state of the art materials with state of the art design and impeccable quality standards.
